Mamou
This family oriented festival will take place August 13-14, 2010 at the Mamou Recreational Center which is located at the corner of Highway 13 and Main Street, Mamou, Louisiana. Different bands will be playing traditional Cajun music for your listening and dancing pleasure. A queens contest takes place but the contestants must be at least 65 years of age. There are plenty of attractions and food booths for your enjoyment.
